How it works
One team, from the first email to the years after.
You know what happens at every step, and what you need to have ready.
Step 01
Consultation
Tell us what you need and what you pay for power. We tell you whether solar makes sense for you.
Send an email with a recent bill and a sense of your site. We reply with the right questions and a first estimate, free and without obligation.
Step 02
Site survey
We check the roof or land, its orientation and shading, the electrical set-up and how you use power.
Our team visits, measures the roof or land, checks the structure and shade, and looks at your electrical installation. This is where the numbers become reliable.
Step 03
Design and feasibility
We size the system, lay out the panels and estimate the savings, then send a clear proposal.
You receive a design and a written proposal: system size, layout, expected output and savings, schedule and cost. You can question all of it before you decide.
Step 04
Permits
For grid-connected systems, we handle the PLN application under the rooftop-solar rules in force.
For grid-connected systems, the PLN application follows the quotas and windows that are set. We prepare the paperwork and see it through for you.
Step 05
Installation
Our team installs the mounting, panels, inverters and cabling to work-safety standards.
Installation is scheduled to disturb your operations as little as possible, with work-safety procedures on the roof and in the electrical work.
Step 06
Commissioning
The system is tested, switched on and handed over with a walk-through of its monitoring.
The system is fully tested before switch-on. You receive handover documents and monitoring access, and we show you how to read it.
Step 07
Care and monitoring
We watch its output, clean and inspect it on a schedule, and step in when anything drops.
We watch its output, clean and inspect it on schedule, and step in when anything drops, so the system keeps working at its best for years.
The rooftop-solar rules in force
Grid-connected rooftop solar is governed by the Energy Ministry’s regulation on rooftop solar. The points that matter most to your decision:
- Energy sent to the grid is not counted against the bill. Savings come from what you use yourself, so systems are sized to daytime use.
- PLN sets rooftop-solar quotas for each grid system, and applications open in set periods.
- System size follows your needs within the quota.
- Large systems need a licence to supply electricity for their own use.
- There is no capacity or parallel-operation charge for rooftop solar.
A summary, not legal advice. Rules can change; we always check the current terms before we apply.
