Rooftop solar
Your roof becomes a power plant for your own working hours.
What it is
Panels go on the roof and connect to your electrical installation and the PLN grid. By day, power from the roof is used first and the rest still comes from PLN. Because the current rules do not count energy sent to the grid, we size the system to your daytime use, so every panel actually saves.
Suits

- Whether the roof structure can carry the panels
- Your usage pattern, from several months of bills
- The electrical installation and connected capacity
Common questions
If the panels make more than I use, does the surplus reduce my bill?
Under the rooftop-solar rules in force today, energy sent to the PLN grid is not counted against the bill. That is why we size the system to your daytime use, not as large as possible.
What kind of roof suits solar panels?
One with enough area, the strength to carry the load, and little shade from buildings or trees. Metal, concrete and tiled roofs all work, with different mountings. The survey confirms it.
Do I need PLN’s approval?
Yes, for a grid-connected system. PLN sets quotas per grid system and opens applications in set periods. We handle the application for you.
